The clubhouse is committed to securing a range of choices of safe, decent, and affordable housing for all program participants. The Baybridge Clubhouse helps members find housing in the community and provides assistance with moving, obtaining furniture, landlord or roomate mediation, accessing housing subsidies and budgeting. All our housing opportunities are open to all our members. We offer ongoing assistance to our members in the day to day managment of their home including grocery shopping, meal preparations, cleaning, transportation, medication support, and continuum of care toward independent living.

In addition the clubhouse provides housing for members through three programs:

Roommate Matching - Seven scattered site subsidized apartments where members live together at their own choice. Upon leaving the program members receive an individual housing certificate.

Eve House - We have a three bedroom house for women who needs some housing supports while entering the world of work or education.

Career House - Baybridge's newest housing program in partnership with the Barnstable Housing Authority is a building that has been converted into a home. Eight individuals who are interested in career development and independence reside here.
