Having a job is of great importance in our society and the world of work opportunities has often been closed to people labled with mental illness. The Baybridge Clubhouse enables its members to return to work and become productive members of their community. Members of Baybridge are working at local businesses through Transitional, Supported, and Independant Employment Programs. Transitional Employment - Part time, temporary, entry level jobs in the community. Baybridge will prepare members for work through pre-training in the clubhouse. The clubhouse guarantees 100% job coverage to the employer. If a member cannot work, staff will cover at no cost to the employer. TE is used as a stepping stone to long term employment success. Supported Employment - A members own long term job. The clubhouse supports the member and the employer. Independant Employment - The clubhouse helps members secure and keep their own independant jobs.
